1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Goodmarks ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Public Beta

Goodmarks is still operating in public beta. Features, content, availability, scoring, and pricing may change, break, or be withdrawn at any time without notice. You use the Platform at your own risk.

3. Description of Service

Goodmarks provides online JEE Main and Advanced preparation resources, including practice questions, explanations, and related educational content. Features may vary between free and Pro plans.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

5. Pro Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds

Pro access is sold as a one-time purchase for a defined cohort year. Prices, features, and plan durations are displayed on the pricing page at the time of purchase. All sales are final. Refunds are not offered except in extreme cases, at our sole discretion. If you believe your situation qualifies, contact us at pratham@goodmarks.in.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not copy, redistribute, scrape, or resell Platform content. You may not attempt to circumvent access controls, disrupt the service, or use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

7. Educational Content

Practice questions and explanations are provided for educational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, Goodmarks does not guarantee that content is error-free or sufficient for any particular exam outcome.

8. No Warranty & Limitation of Liability

Goodmarks is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, interruption, data issue, exam result, or other consequence arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Goodmarks and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
