Area between two curves using x for JEE
Determining areas of the regions bounded by simple curves in standard forms
Formula
\[\text{Area}=\int_a^b \big(y_{\text{upper}}-y_{\text{lower}}\big)\,dx\]
Variables: \(a,b\) are x-coordinates of intersection points or given boundaries.
Conditions: Upper curve should remain above lower curve on the interval, else split.
Region bounded by two curves in standard form \(y=f(x)\).
