Solution of a homogeneous and linear differential equation of the type dy/dx + p(x)y = q(x)
Formula
\(\dfrac{dy}{dx}=F\!\left(\dfrac{y}{x}\right)\)
Variables: \(F\) is a function of the ratio \(y/x\).
Conditions: Equation must depend only on \(y/x\) or equivalently on ratio of variables.
